Hi Lee, Just to premieee in here, having previously done the copying of files recommended by Matrox to get the MX02 mini working, I’ve just updated to the latest version of CC just states CC in the creative cloud manager so not sure on the official version number and the Matrox is still working as a client monitor output.

You would’nt have to render any proxies, just use the quarter resolution feature to edit easily. Why not edit native redcode? Jason, I too premieree the MXO2 mini and have been afraid to try the upgrade to I’ve reinstalled the drivers for my Matrox box as well as Premiere Pro. You may have to register before you can post: It’s SO frustrating that such a nice, perfectly serviceable piece of hardware matroxx being ignored.
We took out our Matrox card as the drivers just aren’t up to speed yet for working with the RED files. Go to the Matrox web site to see if they have a codec that will install without having their card in the computer. While I was aware the the current driver for the MXO2 hardware was not compatible with Windows 8, hard to imagine that a CODEC mayrox be incompatible, as one would think those are pretty universal in nature.
I need both screens to edit from the graphics card, so the MATROX allows me to have both and see it that big, in real time. You can always recapture in standard formats. If some feature comes along I just have to have better deinterlacing?
